If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item:

Should you recieve an item that you did not order, or is faulty, please email us at contact.vn@theglobalcitizen.sg and provide details of your order. Once we receive your proof of purchase, we will inform you of the return address and you must send the parcel back to us within 14 days. Once we receive the return parcel, you will be refunded the the price of the item(s) within 14 days via bank transfer.

Self collect at TGCV's office or delivery service such as Grab Delivery from TGCV office to student house

1. Buyers buy from our online store as a pre-order basis

2. Pay online

3. They will have to wait 3-4 weeks for their items to arrive in Vietnam

4. We will order through Book Depository (free shipping worldwide) and get it shipped to SG office

5. Trainers/XY/Walter will bring the items to TGCV office from SG whenever they go to Vietnam

6. Buyers can collect at TGCV office or we will arrange delivery through Grab Delivery
