AXIOM DEBATE SUMMER CAMP (ENGLISH)

AXIOM DEBATE SUMMER CAMP (ENGLISH) is a series of Summer Camp in July 2019, hosted by The Global Citizen Vietnam.

Our Debate Camps would provide students with the chance to learn debate with internationally recognized coaches, improve their critical thinking skills, public speaking, writing and collaborative working.

Number of days: 3 days
Dates:
- Ho Chi Minh City: 10 - 12 July
- Ha Noi: 22 July – 24 July
Language: English
Camp Staff: 1 Trainer: 15 - 25 students
Best suited for: students from 14 – 18 years old
Tuition fee:
- VND 6,000,000 per student (before 05 July for HCMC, before 19 July for Hanoi)
- VND 5,500,000 per student (before 21 June)

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Provide students with opportunities to expand thinking, to speak confidently on a wide range of topical and social issues, and to persuade an audience with creative, well-structured arguments

Provide a platform to express their views and be flexible in the articulation of thoughts

Equip students with strong debating fundamentals

Enable students to work cohesively in a team

Inculcate a love for debating through fun, team-based activities
